2024 JUNE FLY IN
The Jay Treaty Border Alliance traveled to Washington, D.C. on June 10-12, 2024 to meet with congressional staff and agency officials to advocate for the reintroduction and enactment of the Tribal Border Crossing Parity Act, a bill which would remove the blood quantum requirement of 8 U.S.C. § 1359, and instead rely upon proof of membership in a federally recognized Tribe, when crossing the U.S.-Canada border.
